Fundraising and Community Partnerships
Ready, Set, GIVE!
Ready, Set, GIVE! is Ellisville Elementary's primary fundraiser for the year. As in years past, there will be no other fundraising programs where families buy and sell products.
When you make a donation:
- 100% of your contribution goes to benefit Ellisville Elementary.
- Your donation is tax-deductible.
- Check with your employer – they may have a company match program.
Donate now by using the QR code, RSG page link, or RSG button!
Our goal is $14,500!
Where do the dollars go?
Your donation will help continue a long-standing tradition of strong student, teacher and community programming at Ellisville Elementary. This includes:
- $6,000 supports Student Field Trip transportation costs.
- $2,500 goes to celebrate Fall and Friendship Class Parties, Field Day and Fifth Grade Special Events.
- $2,500 funds Trunk or Treat, Veterans Day Breakfast and Treats with Tigers.
- $8,715 funds teacher and specialists Supplies and Appreciation that supports curriculum and school pride.
- $300 pays for Community Speakers to visit our classrooms and supplement classroom learnings.
- $4,000 funds Teacher Grants for classroom learning aids, equipment and teacher education.
- $850 pays for the Student Buzz Book / Membership Toolkit and School Beautification.
As a result of your generosity, PTO has been able to fund the following:
- We are continuing our support of Teacher Subscriptions such as Starfall Math, Time for Kids, Super Teacher and Swank (a licensing agreement for educational movies).
- Improvements have been made to several areas of the building over the past few years. Most recently, new art displays were added to the Front Lobby. The year prior, the Front Lobby was outfitted with new furniture to create an inviting and updated space. The Front Office and Library were also remodeled in recent years.
- A new Bike Rack was purchased and installed to the front of our building.
- The fun 9 Square in the Air® game was purchased for the PE department to build community, enhance the volleyball lesson, and provide endless fun!
Future projects the PTO hopes to fund:
- Updating playground equipment and structures
- Replacing/upating the school marquee
- Painting student bathrooms
- Stocking the teachers' lounge with refreshments and snacks
